Workspace AI Assistant
The Workspace AI Assistant is a smart tool that helps you automatically generate form fields based on your input, speeding up the form creation process.
Getting Started
- Open your project or create a new project.
- Select an existing form or create a new form.
- Click the Start Design or Edit button to enter Design Mode.
- At the bottom-left corner, you will see the AI button icon.
- Click the AI icon to open the AI Assistant page.
AI Assistant Interface
The AI Assistant page consists of two main areas:

Showcase Section:
- Displays some random example text or guidance to help you understand how AI suggestions work.

Input Section (Left Sidebar):
- Contains a text field where you can enter your requirements for the form.
- Example: “Create a registration form with name, email, and phone number fields.”
Generating Form Fields
Once you enter the input text:
- Click the Preview button.
- The AI will generate the form fields according to your input and display them in a preview layout.
Actions After Preview
After previewing the AI-generated fields, you have three options:
- Confirm and Process to Manual Edit:
- Accept the AI-generated fields as they are.
- Takes you back to Design Mode.
- The AI-generated components appear in the form builder.
- You can now manually edit, rearrange, or customize fields as needed.
- Close: Close the AI Assistant without saving.
- clear: Clear the AI Response.
Note: Once you process to manual edit, the workflow merges seamlessly with the standard Design Mode, making AI-generated components part of your form.
