These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Workspace Builder platform, owned and operated by Stridefuture Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our").   • You agree to use the Workspace Builder platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

User Content​

  • You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the platform.
  • By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purposes of operating and improving the platform.

Prohibited Activities​

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Use the platform for any fraudulent or harmful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the platform

Third-Party Services​

We may use third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, Stripe) to enhance our platform.
Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Termination​

Governing Law​

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India.
